Internal Organization Building

Reiwa Factory serves as the de facto "AI Division Head." We drive the process end-to-end from field interviews and workflow visualization to prototype building and operational design.

We conduct workshops and field interviews to organize workflow and decision points. We clarify where to start and create a draft roadmap.

Step 2

Prototype Development

Starting small with themes that are both impactful and feasible, we build working prototypes. We create a state where the field can verify "whether it actually works."

Step 3

Field Testing & Institutionalization

Developing operational rules based on feedback. We visualize implementation effects and clarify which areas to expand into next.

What we prioritize is not "perfect 100% automation" but "automating 80% of operations without strain." The remaining 20% is left to human judgment. This realistic approach enables both short-term results and on-site adoption.
